The team of editors here at MOTHER EARTH NEWS love love love us some food. Yesterday we dug into bialys from Kossar’s and nova from Zabar’s. (OK, some of us ate our lox on gluten-free crackers, but that’s not Kossar’s fault!) Right now, we’re noshing on Assistant Editor Jennifer Kongs‘ grammaw’s peanut butter cookies and chocolate balls.
