Carrot-Date-Cabbage Slaw Recipe
2 cups minced carrot
2 cups minced cabbage
1/2 cup dates, pitted and finely chopped
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
Soy Mayonnaise Dressing
4 green bell peppers
Gently mix all ingredients. Don’t overmix. Stuff into the raw bell pepper shells (from which you’ve removed all the seeds and
membranes). Serves 4.
