In this episode of Mother Earth News and Friends, Dr. Jeanne Osnas gives us a deep-dive into brassicas, including how to grow them and how to eat them. Jeanne L. D. Osnas is a botanist and holds a BS in Earth Systems from Stanford and a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton. She is a co-author of the blog The Botanist in the Kitchen and lives and gardens in Anchorage, Alaska.
