The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has launched a new interactive map that features information about endangered species.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Endangered Species Program is putting endangered species on the map. The program has launched a new interactive map that features information about endangered species in each state and success stories about the species that are recovering.

Under the Endangered Species Act, the California condor, grizzly bear, Okaloosa darter, whooping crane, and black-footed ferret have all been brought back from the brink of extinction. The map includes audio and video clips about conservation and the Service’s partners. If you’re concerned or curious about endangered and recovering animals in your area, check out the new interactive map and learn more from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
