Following the journey to remodel a horse barn into a commercial wellness center on a Midwestern property zoned for agriculture. I called the owners and told them about the good news from the power company and that the price to get electricity down to the barn was going to be less than it could have been (see Part 6 for that backstory). I called the solar installer and told him what our plan was.
