Maple Syrup Fudge Recipe
Measure 2 cups of maple syrup and 4 tablespoons of
butter into a large saucepan and boil to 230 degrees Fahrenheit, or until
the solution just holds together when dropped into cold
(not iced) water. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm
gloss. Pour the fudge into a lightly buttered 8 inch by 4 inch loaf
pan immediately and cut it into squares before it has
completely hardened.
