Deep-Fried Tempeh Recipe
Cut tempeh into four-inch squares or triangles. Heat cooking oil in a wok, skillet, or deep fryer. Deep-fry tempeh chunks in the oil until they’re golden brown and serve them in applesauce or with your favorite dip.
