Buttermilk Whole Wheat Pancakes Recipe
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Beat together the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Then sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, then dump them into the first mixture. Stir the batter until it’s just blended. Fry the pancakes on a greased griddle.
