Back in mid-March, we started some pepper seedlings in the MOTHER EARTH NEWS office — and, in just one month, our combination of sweet and spicy peppers have sprung up. Jason Cole, a videographer for Ogden Publications, caught this wonder of nature on video and combined it into a delightful 50-second clip.
