After a hard day’s work and three long sets of tennis, my wife’s shoulder ached. Going to the freezer, she pulled out a large bag of peas.

The frozen peas were loose, and could be evenly distributed throughout the bag. I molded the bag over her sore shoulder muscle. The frozen peas made a handy, easy-to-use cold pack.
