WEST BEND, WISC. — Anyone interested in building resiliency against inflation and combating the costly whims of the supply chain, the grid, and even extreme weather, will be able to learn how at the MOTHER EARTH NEWS FAIR when it comes back to the Washington County Fair Park and Conference Center in West Bend, Wisconsin, on Sept. 16 and 17.

Headlining the event is Dr. Jan Pol, the star of National Geographic WILD’s “The Incredible Dr. Pol” who will be presenting on preventative livestock care and tales from his years as a veterinarian. Also giving demonstrations on pressure canning during the weekend is Sarah Thrush from her popular Sarah Plain & Tall channel on TikTok (@peeliesnpetals)!

During these two days, folks will be able to experience expert-led workshops, hands-on learning, a vast marketplace, family-friendly fun, and more. Enjoy opportunities to gain the skills and know-how for year-round savings directly from some of the most sought-after mentors in organic gardening, animal husbandry, off-grid living, holistic health, and all things sustainability.

At this family-friendly event, kids 17 and under get in free, and have access to activities children and teens are sure to love, such as making bath bombs, naturally scented play dough, and mud forts.
