What are you going to speak about at the MOTHER EARTH NEWS FAIR?
I’ll be talking about localized food systems, pastured livestock, and healing the planet one bite at a time.
Tell us about your background with your particular topic.
This is my 50th year on this farm, and it’s gone from a gullied rockpile to verdant fertility–pretty awesome.
Why should fairgoers attend your presentation?
You will never be the same because it will change your life.
What are you most looking forward to at the FAIR?
Meeting other people and visiting with everyone. I’m sure I’ll learn a few things too.
What advice do you have for attendees?
Learn all you can. If you’re a couple, split up and attend different sessions so you get double exposure to speakers.
If you were stranded on a deserted island and could have only one thing, what would you choose?
Creativity. Then whatever I had would be put to its best use.
