You’ve worked hard on your lawn and garden, shouldn’t you take some time to relax and enjoy it? If you’re handy with a knot or ready to learn, we’ve got a great project for you. We’re flashing back to 1982’s A Heavenly Hammock to bring you a do-it-yourself article on how to make your own hammock.

Find 2 to 3 pounds of twine, 10 to 20 hours of leisurely work time and a few other supplies, and go to town. The tutorial will guide you through the trickier steps, and be sure to glance at the image gallery for extra help.
