High top moccasins are comfortable, but if possible should always be kept dry.

I am frequently seen, especially in the summer, sporting a pair of high top moccasins. I am sure there are readers out there who also wear moccasins and understand how unfortunate it is when they get wet. Not only is it a hassle to dry them out, but they also shrink. I have learned that if you stuff the foot with newspaper, the paper absorbs moisture and prevents shrinking. Mine are nice and dry in a few hours.
