2. To give the pedestal a bit more polish and to make a flat space for display, secure a tile, plate or scrap of wood to the inverted vase to act as a base for your collectible. To ensure your artifacts don’t topple, use a nontoxic, microcrystalline wax (available at QuakeHold.com). Just roll a little pat of wax into a ball and place one on each corner of the vase bottom, then top it with your tile and press down firmly.
