Background and Personal History: Peter holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. He has been an organic gardener since 1984, and also spent time as an independent bicycle dealer from 1991-2005.
Current Projects: Peter is vegetable farming with no carbon-based fuel, is an incubator farm mentor, is expanding his community-supported agriculture (CSA) program and working on skills to farm with animals.
