If you make this low-fat mint brownie recipe you don't have to give up dessert.

While I wouldn’t want to give anyone the idea brownies are healthy, my mint brownies recipe produces a dense but moist low-fat cake. You can eat them plain or topped with frozen yogurt and frozen raspberries or strawberries. These brownies freeze well, so don’t be tempted to eat the entire batch.

1 egg
1/3 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons oil (I use canola)
1 tablespoon honey
