- 4 tbsp gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 3 cups fruit juice
- Vegetable coloring
- 2 cups sugar
- Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Bring fruit juice to a boil. Add the gelatin to the boiling fruit juice, stirring constantly. Add 2 drops of vegetable coloring, if desired. Pour into a greased, 9-by-13-inch cake pan and let stand overnight in your refrigerator.
- The next morning, cut into 1-by-1-inch squares; toss squares in granulated sugar. Let stand 2 days to crystallize. Audrey Carli Iron River, Michigan
