I also call these “double carob brownies” because they use carob powder and carob chips. I made them different from regular carob brownies by using more eggs and wheat flakes instead of wheat flour.
1 cup of sifted carob powder
1/2 cup of sesame oil
1/2 cup of molasses
4 eggs
1 cup of ground peanuts
1 cup of sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons of vanilla
1 cup of coconut
1/2 cup of carob chips
Mix all of the ingredients together. Spread the batter evenly in an oiled 9″ x 9″ cake pan. Cook the treat in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the brownies comes out clean.
