Carob Powder Brownies

This much carob powder would probably be enough for two pans of carob powder brownies.

I also call these “double carob brownies” because they use carob powder and carob chips. I made them different from regular carob brownies by using more eggs and wheat flakes instead of wheat flour.

1 cup of sifted carob powder
1/2 cup of sesame oil
1/2 cup of molasses
4 eggs
1 cup of ground peanuts
