Baked Garlic Recipe

Remove loose skins, slice off the top of each head (pointy end), arrange in a baking dish and drizzle with oil.

Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees; remove cover and bake another 15 minutes, until garlic is soft and golden. Cool. To serve, squeeze soft garlic out of skins and spread on meat or bread.
