Jason Akers, The Self-Sufficient Gardener, taught kids of all ages the basics of gardening on Saturday and Sunday at the Fair.
The kids used compost scoops and watering cans borrowed from D. Landreth Seed Co.
The pots were donated by Harris Seeds, and Organic Mechanics donated organic potting soil.
