Background: Stephanie and her husband, Brian, bought their family home in 2014 and have been working to transform it to meet their homestead dreams. Together they own a masonry business and do the majority of the renovation projects themselves.
Stephanie and Brian’s plans for the future start with expanding their vegetable garden, starting herb and cutting gardens, building a chicken coop, and raising chickens for eggs. Their goal is to include their two small children in every step of the journey to self-sufficiency. Learning new skills and appreciating their new lifestyle with their family is their primary focus for the upcoming years.
