Background: Krista Bratvold is originally from Fort Collins, Colo. She travels North America in her converted van and hopes the experience will help increase awareness for sustainable living and protection of our lands. Prior to traveling, Krista designed and implemented an educational garden for a local nonprofit in Steamboat Springs, Colo. The purpose of the garden was to educate the community on sustainable food production and native plants.
