White Park cow
A photo of an Ancient White Park cow.
Elegant, white, horned cattle have roamed Ireland and
Britain since at least A.D. 200, but fewer than 750 remain
worldwide today. The Ancient White Park cow shown here was
one of the foundation cows for the herds of this heritage
breed now being preserved at the B Bar Ranch in Big Timber,
Montana, and Seed Savers Exchange in Decorah, Iowa.
