Utilizing Shawna’s latest anti-inflammatory food plan and cookbook Stacked with Flavor as a guide, workshop attendees will learn how to prepare smart anti-inflammatory snacks that have TONS OF FLAVOR. During the class Shawna will also teach secret tips on how to stick consistently to an anti-inflammatory diet and exercise routine.
