Experience the simplicity of capturing and cultivating wild yeast for creating your own naturally fermented meads, ales and sodas. Participants will create a honey-based wild yeast starter to bring home for starting their own home-brewed batch of mead, ale or soda. Techniques and recipes for myriad flavoring and alcohol-level possibilities will be discussed, and participants will be provided with handouts with instructions or recipes for creating their own natural brews at home.
Limited to 60 participants. All Hands-on workshop are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
