Get your hands dirty and learn new homesteading skills! PLUS you take what you make!
You have heard the saying ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’ but did you know you can get some of those same antioxidant benefits in a pint of your own hard cider? Hard cider has been made in America since the 1700’s and today it is enjoying a long-earned revival. It’s also a very simple and inexpensive process to learn. Christopher Shockey will teach you all the tips and tricks for recreating your favorite commercial hard cider at home, starting with your first cider from this class.
A ticket is required to participate in select Hands-On workshops. Space is limited. To guarantee your spot we recommend ordering an advance pass. A small number of passes will be available to purchase at the event.
All Hands-on workshop are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
