Get your hands dirty and learn new homesteading skills! PLUS you take what you make!
Soaking in a bath or “Hydrotherapy” has been used for centuries to refresh overworked muscles, treat skin conditions and soothe tired minds. New scientific evidence proves that a good soak does indeed benefit your body and mind. In this workshop you will learn the basics in making your own bath products using all natural ingredients, many of you already have in your own homes. Attendees will create an herbal bath soak, relaxing face mask, and a fizzing bath bomb full of natural salts and herbs to take home and enjoy. Recipes, bath bags and molds are also included so you can create many more of your own unique products to use and give as gifts. Bath basics such as color, sound, and temperature will also be discussed so you can create a spa like environment in your own home.
A ticket is required to participate in select Hands-On workshops. Space is limited. To guarantee your spot we recommend ordering an advance pass. A small number of passes will be available to purchase at the event.
All Hands-on workshop are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
