The author of the new book From No-Knead to Sourdough walks you through mixing, kneading, fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking.Understanding the process of making bread is easier when you can see, feel, smell and taste as you go along. Learn helpful techniques to simplify the process of making bread at home, as well as tips for fitting it into your schedule. Leave this workshop with bread-know-how and your very own freshly baked loaf to take home!
A ticket is required to participate in select Hands-On workshops. Space is limited. To guarantee your spot we recommend ordering an advance pass. A small number of passes will be available to purchase at the event.
