Author and wellness expert, Shawna Coronado, will be your guide on this full day adventure to better health and wellness. Shawna, diagnosed with severe Spinal Osteoarthritis in 2015, has reduced her pain levels by more than 80% by tapping into beneficial diet, food and health practices.
Using Coronado’s latest book as a guide, Stacked with Flavor, workshop attendees will learn how to eat an anti-inflammatory diet, build recipes with amazing flavor, and stick consistently to a diet and exercise routine.
Included in the workshop guide is a full-sized copy of the Stacked with Flavor cookbook. Attendees will sample flavorful dishes, celebrate the outdoors with walking sessions, have a delicious healthy lunch, then make and take home their very own spice mix, dry salad dressing mix, flavor infused oil. Just bring yourself and a positive attitude!
