Even if the preferred libation of your wedding guests is some form of alcohol, in this day and age the wedding refreshments you offer should include liquids that won’t turn them into road hazards on the way home. That’s where our iced herb tea punch comes in. It’s simple to make and therefore won’t demand too much of your time and attention.

Choose a favorite herb tea and brew enough to satisfy your guests. Make it extra strong, sweeten it with honey, and refrigerate it. Just before serving, add sliced fresh fruit ... and sparkling water for that "champagne" touch!
