Wedding Refreshments: Blue Cottage Cheese Dip

Some weddings are like that. Maybe yours is like that. If so, how could you not include blue cottage cheese dip among your wedding refreshments?

Blue Cottage Cheese Dip

Mix the following:

3 spring onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
