A year ago in "Build a Log Cabin Without Spending a Fortune,"  MOTHER EARTH NEWS told you about the log cabin home Dick Sellers was making—and had nearly completed—from pine lumber he logged himself and milled with a homemade sawmill.  Just a few months ago the last of the furniture and fixtures went in. Dick originally said the structure cost under $11,000, but now confesses that "the $1,200 septic tank put the final figure closer to $12,000." He's forgiven.
