A Sweet Homemade Stain Remover

This sugar and vinegar based homemade stain remover has been used by two generations to get out tough stains from clothing.

| April/May 2002

Using this proven homemade stain remover saves you time and money.

If you have a stain you need to get out and don't want to use an expensive commercial stain remover try this homemade stain remover: Mix a little water and a little vinegar, whatever laundry detergent you use and some sugar until you have a paste. Spread it on the stain, leave 10 to 20 minutes and clean off. I'm not sure why this works, but it does. My mother always used it and so have I. I've even seen it take out very old blood stains.
