Step two: Roasted Peppers in Oil
 Place the prepared vegetables and any extra flavorings, such as herbs, in a sterilized jar

 Fill the jar with olive oil, making sure that the vegetables are completely covered. Seal and store in the fridge or a cool, dark cupboard.

 Remove the skins, stalks and seeds from the roasted peppers. Tear or cut into slices and let dry on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with herbs
