Spicy Pickled Pear Recipe
Drain one 29-ounce can of Bartlett pear halves and reserve
1 cup of the syrup. Mix the reserved syrup with 3/4 cup of
honey, 1/4 cup of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of whole cloves, and
1 stick of cinnamon. Simmer 10 minutes, then add the pear
halves (cut into lengthwise slices), and heat thoroughly.
