True techniques and misconceptions about gluten free baking.

Tell us about your background with your particular topic. 

I teach gluten free baking at PCC Natural Markets, Marlenes Market-Deli, Sizzleworks Cooking School, and Federal Way Naturopathy Clinic.

Why should fairgoers attend your presentation? 

You will learn to once again enjoy pie crust tasting and how to make a beautiful presentation.

What advice do you have for attendees? 

Prepare for snow (layer up) - it's the Northwest in the spring time.

If you were stranded on a deserted island and could have only one thing, what would you choose? 

A solar desalination system for fresh water.

In response to layering up for snow, the weather is scheduled to be sunny and warm, around 70 degrees, for the fair in Puyallup. I'm looking forward to it.
