What are you going to speak about at the MOTHER EARTH NEWS FAIR?

The Organic Valley Farmers will be presenting a demonstration on "How to Make Homemade Ice Cream" on Saturday, June 4th at 1:00 PM.

Monica OrbanWhat are you most looking forward to sharing with FAIR attendees?

How wonderful, delicious and simple it is to make organic homemade ice cream using fresh, organic ingredients and a little muscle.

Tell us about your background with your particular topic.

Our local Organic Valley dairy farmers are all about fresh, organic ingredients….straight from the source!

Making homemade, organic ice cream using Organic Valley whipping cream is one of life’s great pleasures and just desserts! Would you like to share in some delicious, creamy fun?

What are you most looking forward to at the FAIR?

Meeting people, hear what they think about our new ½ & ½ flavored creamers and soy creamers and introducing them to our local farmers!

What advice do you have for attendees?

Enjoy your time at the fair, meet new people, share ideas and explore new ones.

If you were stranded on a deserted island and could have only one thing, what would you choose?

A certified, bountiful organic farm with fresh water!

Thanks, Monica. We'll see you at the FAIR!
