Try this premium, Santa Barbara county pomegranate balsamic as a replacement for lemon in recipes, on fruit salads (keeps the fruit from turning brown with a pomegranatey freshness!), replace about 1/2 of your water when making brown rice with this vinegar or make an easy sauce for any veggie, meat or seafood, soft cheese, etc--just boil for about 5 minutes per cup. the natural sugars in the fruit will thicken into a really nice, all natural sauce--perfect for just about anything including your fingers!
