Oversized Eggs

A Hulk-sized egg towers over its tiny counterparts in this egg carton. Reader veggies01 captured this shot of her chicken eggs, sharply contrasting the stark size difference. Whoever cracks that one open for breakfast well get a fried egg the size of a pancake!

You can see the rest of veggies01's chicken coop gallery. Remember to submit your photos every week at our CU photo-sharing website. Maybe one of your shots will be the next Photo of the Week!

I've had eggs that were double yolks, but that one looks like it might be a triple. Has anyone ever gotten a triple yolk egg before?

I get those all the time from my elderly hens -- regular small pullet eggs, plus the occasional, thin-shell giganto-egg
