Wondering what delicious meals and snacks we’ll be serving up at the Fair? Wonder no more! These food options will be offered by Seven Springs Mountain Resort:

Eata Pita 

  • Chicken Kebobs with eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes served with side of couscous
  • Beef Kebobs with eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes served with side of couscous
  • Tofu Kebobs with eggplant, zucchini, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes served with side of couscous
  • Hummus with Pita Wedges
  • Falafel with various vegetables and special cucumber sauce

Sweet Corn & Baked Potatoes 

  • Local sweet corn
  • Local baked potatoes with a toppings bar

The Fruit Stand 

  • Local and organic fresh fruit

The Fruit and Cheese Plate 

  • Cheeses by the pound, such as asiago, blue, boursin, brie, sharp cheddar, gorgonzola, Monterey Jack, Colby, provolone and Swiss
  • Assorted crackers, fresh fruit, olives and mustards

Emo’s Pit 

  • A variety of cuts and flavors of free range chicken
  • Organic hamburgers
  • Half and whole racks of ribs

First Tracks 

  • A variety of Seven Springs pizzas
  • Organic chips
  • Chicken tenders
  • Meatball hoagies
  • Steak and cheese hoagies
  • Soft pretzels
