Follow this recipe to make this delicious breakfast recipe of buttermilk whole wheat pancakes. 

Buttermilk Whole Wheat Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:  

2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt  

Instructions:  

Beat together the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Then sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, then dump them into the first mixture. Stir the batter until it's just blended. Fry the pancakes on a greased griddle.

Pancakes are one of the world's wonders, especially if you make them differently every time. We must have eight separate basic recipes around here — all the way from potato to cornmeal to apple — for any meal of the day.
