Four Chimneys organic winery in our beautiful Finger Lakes region is one of my favorites. Not only are their wines great, but a visit to the winery is certainly worth a trip. Here's the link to their site: http://fourchimneysorganicwines.com/

My favorites are whatever is drinkable out of our basement, where various country fruit wines age with grace. Right now the rhubarb wine is great. We have high hopes for last year's various apple/berry blends, but can't compare to previous years because we drank it all up. My first mint wine won't really be ready to drink for many months, but already it melts in your mouth.
