Taylor Shellfish Farms is a 5th generation family company that has been cultivating shellfish in Puget Sound since the 1890s. They are now the largest shellfish company in the country, with more than 400 employees in Washington state. Jennifer Hopper has been working for the company as its education and outreach coordinator since 2008.
