Mark Joy has been homebrewing for 21 years, has won many awards and had his beer brewed by the Elysian Brewery for the Pro Am, twice. His sour beer was taken to the Great American Beer Festival in Denver. Alison Sheafor-Joy works at Down Home Brew Supply and recently won second place for her Green Tomato Chutney Mead.



Workshop Description

Mark Joy and Alison Sheafor-Joy will do a quick demonstration of how to brew a simple honey mead, after which they will demonstrate how to make kombucha and discuss its health benefits. A PowerPoint presentation will make it easy to follow their demos and add a little fun to this joyful presentation.
