Erin Harwood and Eloyce O'Connor, a mother-daughter team, have run Garden Delights in Brush Prairie since 2005.
Herbs make great teas, and this workshop will help you determine which ones are tasty and share some interesting combinations. Easily incorporate herbs into your garden, or create a new herb garden just for teas. Erin Harwood and Eloyce O'Connor will also discuss garden plans and layouts that offer enough flexibility to fit many different landscapes.
Erin Harwood and Eloyce O'Connor, a mother-daughter team, have run Garden Delights in Brush Prairie since 2005. Specializing in value-added herbal products, a fresh produce CSA and grass-fed beef, they continuously work to make their farm work for them.
Harwood balances her time between full-time work as an educator, a mother, a wife and a farm owner, which means life is never dull. She has been involved in agriculture and the local food system in Clark County for more than 10 years.
O'Connor is a retired educator who has found a second calling as a career gardener. She balances her time between volunteering, dog wrangling and farm work. She enjoys the time spent in this new venture outside and with her family.
