I would like to share a tip for storing those packets of gardeners’ dream dust (aka seeds). Go to your military surplus store to find ammunition cans. They are long and narrow and just a tad wider than a seed packet. Further, they are completely air- and moisture-tight, with a sealing band around the rim.

Though harder to find, those with the hinge on the side are better than those with the hinge on the end, as the latter tend to tip over.

Thus you can contribute to turning swords into plowshares! (These ammo cans are regularly carried by Sportsman’s Guide.)
