organic fertilizer, apple trees, grape vines
What organic fertilizer is best for my newly planted apple trees and grape vines?
Most fruit trees and vines don’t need much fertilizer. Your best bet is compost or aged manure or grass clippings. If you can’t get any of those, you can use an all-purpose organic fertilizer. The most important thing you can do for your new trees is be sure to water them weekly throughout the summer and also during their second summer. That should get them off to a strong start.
