Rick and Julie of

Bobcat Company has teamed up with longtime partners Rick and Julie Kreuter — co-hosts of the hit television show “Beyond the Hunt,” on The Outdoor Channel — to transform one lucky landowner’s ordinary plot of land into a personal natural wildlife habitat.

Whether individuals hunt, fish, hike, camp, or simply enjoy passing an afternoon in the great outdoors, Rick and Julie recognize landowners’ aspirations to sustain the soil, water and wildlife that uniquely characterize their land as home for generations to come.

Through the Create & Conserve Habitat Event Contest, Rick and Julie will use a variety of Bobcat equipment and attachments — in conjunction with products from partnering sponsors — to assist the selected winner in completing the ultimate natural wildlife habitat. The project may include planting native grasses, digging a water hole, creating a food plot or planting trees and shrubs.

Landowners who would like Rick and Julie to restore their land back to a natural habitat can register to win by submitting photos of their outdoor spaces at the Bobcat website or through Bobcat’s Facebook page. Contest submissions will be accepted through August 1, 2013, and judged on how well the land would serve as a natural wildlife habitat, as depicted by the submitted photos.
