Working long hours is not only bad for your health, it’s bad for the environment, too. Longer hours means using more resources, producing more stuff and relying on wasteful convenience items, which go against the green mantra “reduce, reuse, recycle.” Unlike 127 other countries around the world, America doesn’t have a minimum paid leave law on the books. And if you really want to help save the earth, work less, produce less and play more!
